Delivery issues.
Contact Client Services promptly if tracking has not updated, a parcel appears damaged or an order is marked delivered but cannot be located. Keep all packaging and photographs until the review is complete.
Address changes.
Delivery details should be checked before placing an order. Once preparation or dispatch has begun, address changes may not be possible for security reasons.
