Starting a return.
Contact Client Services with the order number and reason for return before sending an item back. Unauthorised parcels may be delayed or refused because they cannot be matched securely to an order.

Velvet Archive tags, seals and identifying materials must remain attached and unaltered where supplied.

Packaging, certificates, dust bags, straps and accessories included with the order must be returned.
Inspection and refund.
Returned items are inspected before a refund is approved. Once accepted, the refund is issued to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
Damaged or incorrect orders.
Report an incorrect, damaged or materially misdescribed item promptly and retain the packaging. The case will be reviewed before return instructions or another resolution is provided.

Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, they may be exercised within the period required by applicable law. The order documentation and checkout terms provide the procedure applicable to the purchase.
